Hot Dipped Galvanized Water Tank
HDG water tank is the short of Hot Dip Galvanized water tank,with 90 μm thick surface zinc coating of Q235 Pressed Steel. Zinc coating can help to prevent rust and corrosion over at least 10 years. HDG water tanks have the most panels types including 1000 x 1000 mm,1000 x 500 mm,500 x 500 mm,1220 x 1220 mm.So HDG water tanks are more flexible and high cost-effective. Meanwhile,the strong steel structure and zinc coating protection has made it available to be used as underground water tank.

Product Information

1. Material
The sectional panel tank shall consist of 4' x 4' or 1 meter x 1 meter,1 meter x 0.5 meter panel manufactured from 1.5mm to 4.0mm thickness according to requirement.

2. Flanges
The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.

3. Reinforcement Method
All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is
supported by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.

4. Accessories
1. Bolt. nut & washers stainless steel 304 material.
2. Sealing material Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints.
3. Covers The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according to the requirement.
4. Ladders and Level Indicator
Internal & external ladder shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 material.
